TILE following Life Insurance Companies, having ceased to transact new business in Canada, are entitled under Section 32 of the Insurance Act, to transact all business connected with policies existing at 31st March, 1878, and their deposits are applicable to those policies, subject to the provisions of the Statutes in that behalf.
